BildaBostad is the offical information office regarding conversion of public housing in the municipality of Stockholm. Here you can find our information brochures in in English and other languages.

The first one describes the difference between a rented apartment (hyresrätt) and a condominium (bostadsrätt), how the conversion process happens, what living in a condominium means, and how it can affect your finances.

The second one is for those who are living in a property that has recently been converted from rented apartments (hyresrätt) to condominiums (bostadsrätt). The brochure provides you with basic information about what it means to live in a condominium association, both as a tenant and as a condominium owner.
